As experts in the recruitment industry, it makes perfect sense to microTECH that respected and accomplished industry professionals are likely to know other skilled individuals from their respective vocations. With this in mind, we are able to financially incentivise you for referring other candidates to us.

Our aim is to create a win-win situation for firstly the candidate, but ultimately the employer by supplying highly recommended talent into key positions.

Should we successfully place an individual you refer to us we are able to offer you a referral fee of up to £500, depending on which industry the individual comes from and the position they hold.

To be able to qualify for the referral scheme...

• Introductions need to be sent via email
• Referrals are valid for new candidates only.
• You must have the permission of the person you are referring before submitting their details. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
• Introductions are valid for 12 months from the date of the referral being made.

Payments will be made after successful completion of our clients rebate period.
